Job summary

Dexcom Philippines is seeking an Applications Support Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise applications. You will oversee daily support, drive incident resolution, and implement best practices across incident, problem, and change management.

The role emphasizes leadership, vendor management, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders to improve system reliability and scalability in a dynamic CGM technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of industry experience.
• Informal management/ team lead experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with enterprise applications, troubleshooting, incident management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of application support specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s effectiveness and productivity.
• Oversee day-to-day support activities for all enterprise applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user inquiries, and ensuring timely incident resolution.
• Implement best practices for application support processes, including incident management, problem resolution, and change management.
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to identify system improvements, enhancements, and optimizations.
• Develop team skills in integration technologies and support processes.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives.
