Job summary

Cartrack is seeking a qualified IT Support Engineer to join our team in Metro Manila. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues and install/configure systems, ensuring smooth operation of Cartrack applications and devices.

You’ll collaborate with global teams on IT projects, document procedures, train users, and stay current with evolving technologies. The role requires 3+ years' experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience
• Understanding of Telematics is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries
• Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
