Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge
• Experience in Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Familiar with Production Monitoring, Batch Processing and Operational Controls
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Capable of escalating to L2/L3 support when needed

KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2-5 years of experience in Application Support, Technical Support, Production Support, or AMS (Application Management Services)

• Working knowledge of Database Management Systems (SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)

• Experience supporting applications in a production environment

• Knowledge of multiple Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Programming Languages and application technologies

• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management processes

• Familiarity with Production Monitoring, Batch Processing, and Operational Controls

• Understanding of ITIL Framework and IT Service Management best practices

• Capable of escalating incidents and problems to L2/L3 support teams when necessary

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
