Job summary

Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. in Makati is seeking a Java Application Support specialist for onsite dayshift. You will provide 3rd line support, perform code-level investigations, and troubleshoot complex issues in our Java applications.

Responsibilities include database interrogation (PostgreSQL/MySQL), creating knowledge base articles, and collaborating with L2/L4 teams, app owners, vendors, and stakeholders to drive incident resolution and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Java Application Support experience.
• Proficient in Java and database tech such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• 3rd line support and code-level investigation experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with knowledgebase article creation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
