Qualifications

• 2-5 years in Application/Production Support or AMS
• DBMS knowledge: SQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
• Experience supporting applications in production
• OS knowledge: Windows, Linux or Unix
• Basic to intermediate programming knowledge
• Experience in Incident, Change and Problem Management
• Familiar with Production Monitoring, Batch Processing and Operational Controls
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM best practices
• Capable of escalating to L2/L3 support when needed
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
