Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1+ year corporate IT experience preferred.
• Computer literate with basic PC operation understanding.
• Working knowledge of operating systems, software, and programming.
• Analytical and critical thinking to identify tech issues.
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Trustworthy and responsible.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or editing software.
• Additional certificates are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deploy IT solutions to solve or troubleshoot.
• Identify technical problems.
• Troubleshoot networks and computer peripherals.
• Install and maintain printers, laptops, and desktops.
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
• Conduct daily check-ups of company/employee emails.
• Provide immediate technical support to employees.
• Assist in coding or developing software for the company if needed.
• Anticipate and report costs of replacing/updating computer items.
• Keep inventory of IT assets.
