Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Trade Management Analyst to support brokers and trading desks in the APAC Operations environment from Manila. You will manage cross-asset trade bookings, confirmations, and lifecycle events, coordinating with Front Office and external partners to ensure accurate trade capture and timely settlement.

The role requires university-level education, strong Excel/Office skills, and experience in trade flow, with a focus on risk-aware controls and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• University graduates or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with cross-asset classes, including FX, Rates, Fixed Income and Equities is preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with Front Office and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure trades are captured accurately from front end systems and processed in a timely manner.
• Deliver confirmations to clients via approved channels and resolve delivery issues.
• Perform daily controls and reconciliations across brokerages, end-of-day summaries and inter-system reconciliations.
• Monitor trade blotter and electronic confirmation flows (Markitwire/Reuters) for timely acceptance.
• Provide regular reports to Commercial and Operational management and maintain audit trails.
