Job summary

TP ICAP Management Services Ltd (Philippines Branch) is seeking a capable support specialist to manage and maintain trading platforms for the APAC region. You will be the first point of contact for brokers and internal teams, handling incident management, data accuracy, and cross-functional testing of new releases.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong IT skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Proficient in IT tools and basic networking concepts.
• Experience with system log analysis and data processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line support for Market Administrators trading platform issues.
• Perform incident and problem management, logging and tracking in ServiceNow.
• Maintain platform data accuracy and pro-active monitoring.
• Coordinate with Sales/Product teams for enhancements and testing of releases.
• Handle out-of-hours support for upgrades and testing as needed.
• Maintain and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Cross-train teammates on the supported system.
