Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily trading operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor and reconcile trading accounts while implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, regulations, and compliance requirements, delivering excellent service to internal and external clients.
• Prepare and analyze trading reports for management, contribute to strategic discussions, and handle ad-hoc projects.
• Train and mentor junior team members, promoting a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in Securities trading, middle office/settlements, or financial services, with strong knowledge of trading systems, financial markets (Equities, Fixed Income, FX), and industry practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), trading platforms, and digital tools; experience leveraging AI/ML and innovative technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the trading industry.
