Job summary

TP ICAP Group is seeking a Trade Services Associate/Analyst to service APAC clients and back up Australian domestic clients. This role focuses on post-trade operations, client onboarding, and ensuring accurate trade processing across markets.

You will liaise with Sales Trading and Operations, handling reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements to enhance STP and service quality. Willingness to work on holidays and occasional Sydney/Japanese hours is required.

Qualifications

• Some experience in post-trade and settlement.
• Familiarity with sell-side and/or buy-side trading floor environments.
• Experience with middle and/or back-office processing systems.
• Willingness to work on public holidays when needed (on shift/rotation).
• Knowledge of APAC cash equities settlement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform client onboarding and static data maintenance.
• Ensure timely processing of client trades and submissions to custodian.
• Maintain daily/monthly trade, tax and regulatory reporting to exchanges and regulators.
• Coordinate with internal/external departments to resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Support CSA (Commission Sharing Agreement) requests across departments.
