Job summary

TP ICAP seeks a Head of Trading Venue Operations to lead and scale APAC asset-class support across five domains, including Credit, Rates, FX, Equities, and Energy & Commodities. The role is hands-on, managing 18 specialists across Manila, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Sydney, ensuring incident response, service delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree educated or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven leadership of a technical support function in financial services.
• Experience delivering service improvements and process optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 1 support across multiple asset classes with SLAs.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, desks and stakeholders.
• Act as primary escalation point for critical issues.
• Ensure end-to-end resolution with ownership and updates.
• Foster collaboration between L1, L2 and Development teams.
• Define and improve operational procedures and controls.
• Improve escalation, hand-off and incident management between teams.
• Champion ServiceNow adoption and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology on upcoming developments.
• Ensure risk, audit and regulatory compliance adherence.
• Translate business objectives into team goals and drive accountability.
