Job summary

Liquidnet, a technology-driven agency execution specialist, seeks a Trade Services professional to service APAC clients from Manila. You will liaise with front office and institutional clients to ensure high-quality post-trade delivery, supporting Australian domestic clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-trade and settlement operations.
• Familiarity with sell-side and/or buy-side trading environments.
• Experience with middle/back-office processing systems.
• Willingness to work on public holidays and on rotation shifts.
• Knowledge of APAC cash equities settlement lifecycles.
• Strong verbal and written client communication.
• Quick learner and highly motivated.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and maintain static data.
• Process client trades and submit to custodian, providing ops support.
• Pre-match with market participants and counterparties.
• Manage monthly commissions and inter-market reconciliations.
• Allocate trades and upload confirmations to clearing banks.
• Identify workflow issues and liaise with departments to resolve them.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly trade, tax, and regulatory reports.
• Create statistics for members (allocations, rates, etc.).
• Lead department projects and UAT/system enhancements.
• Ensure timely reconciliations and reporting to management.
• Handle CSA requests with internal teams and clients.
