Job summary

TP ICAP Group is hiring a Market Administrator (Trading Tech Support Analyst) in Manila. You will provide 1st and 2nd line support for the Market Administrator trading platform, manage incidents, and ensure data accuracy across the system.

You will work with cross-functional teams, handle logs in ServiceNow, and assist with software releases while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience preferred.
• Operational support experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Able to liaise with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• First and second line support for Market Administrator trading platform.
• Incident and problem management including logging and trending.
• Maintain data accuracy and perform pro-active monitoring.
• Log requests via ServiceNow and monitor support chats.
• Coordinate training and assist with new software releases.
