Fuller Technologies in Manila is seeking a Technical Sales Manager, Packaging & Storage to drive growth across cement packaging and Ventomatic solutions in APAC. You will combine technical expertise with commercial responsibility to identify opportunities, support customers, and deliver value through spare parts, wear parts, services, and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience in international aftermarket sales, including spare parts, field services, and upgrades.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to drive revenue growth and protect margin.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and customer support for Ventomatic equipment and related solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cement industry customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and convert sales opportunities for spare parts, wear parts, services, upgrades, and retrofit solutions.
• Support regional sales teams and local agents in account strategies and sales plans.
• Conduct site visits to assess equipment and recommend technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals with engineering and service teams.
• Drive proactive aftermarket engagement to improve equipment reliability and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of solutions and services.
• Maintain accurate CRM reporting of sales activities and opportunities.
• Strengthen partnerships with local agents to maximize Ventomatic coverage in APAC region.
