Responsibilities

Develop and grow business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Promote and sell precision component packaging system products and related solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Achieve sales revenue targets and account growth.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and decision-makers.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop technical and commercial solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate orders, product availability, and inventory for customers.
Contribute to annual sales plans and manage sales budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and improve service.
