Fortem Cement Corporation is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Executive to own a designated geographic market in the Philippines and build high-value partnerships that expand our footprint in the construction sector.

You will manage sales planning, lead generation, CRM, negotiations, and provide product expertise to ensure clients maximize project value, while tracking market dynamics for growth and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Proven track record in field sales within construction or materials sectors.
• Strong understanding of cement products and regional market dynamics.
• Negotiation, closing and contract-structuring skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Planning & Execution: Formulate and execute strategic territory plans, identify target accounts, and exceed revenue goals.
• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Hunt for new business, qualify leads, and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build high-trust relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Sales & Contract Negotiation: Lead end-to-end deal negotiations and close profitable agreements.
• Product Expertise & Technical Support: Deliver expert product insights for cement offerings.
• Market Analysis & Intelligence: Track local market dynamics and competitor movements.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver pipeline data and performance metrics to senior management.
