Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of B2B development experience in outsourcing or staffing.
• Experience selling talent/workforce solutions in RPO within APAC.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation with mid-to-large clients.
• Experience coordinating with offshore delivery and recruiting teams preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new enterprise clients in APAC for workforce solutions.
• Lead consultative sales cycles and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery and recruiting teams to ensure delivery.
• Hit and exceed revenue targets through proactive account management.
