Job summary

IMS Outsourcing Solutions Inc. in Metro Manila seeks an Assistant Operations Manager within an RPO environment to assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily recruitment operations and ensuring smooth workflow.

You will monitor recruiters’ performance, KPIs, and client expectations, provide coaching, and prepare regular reports on hiring progress and outcomes.

Collaborate with HR and Account Management to meet client service levels and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor recruiters' performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to company policies
• Track KPIs, hiring targets, candidate submissions, interview schedules, and placements
• Communicate with clients and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, priorities, and service expectations
• Identify operational challenges and recommend strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and productivity
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to recruiters to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate management
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports on team performance, recruitment progress, and hiring results
• Ensure recruiters follow established recruitment processes and deliver qualified candidates according to client requirements
• Assist in allocating workloads, managing recruiter assignments, and ensuring adequate staffing to meet hiring demands
• Address recruitment delays, candidate concerns, client escalations, and operational issues promptly
• Ensure adherence to company policies, client service agreements, data privacy requirements, and applicable employment regulations
