Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or staffing agency roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows OS.
• Highly reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with a team-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification of inbound and outbound leads.
• Sales collaboration with Sales Reps to identify targets.
• Assist in drafting presentations and sales materials.
• CRM management: enter and maintain accurate data.
• Proposal development and coordination of client documentation.
• Sales coordination: manage schedules, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication.
• Cross-departmental support with Marketing, Customer Service, and others.
• Track merchandising trends and customer behavior to inform strategies.
• Administrative support as needed to aid the sales process.
