A recruitment solutions company based in the Philippines is looking for a B2B Sales Executive to drive new business development and manage key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have over three years of sales experience, particularly in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Responsibilities include identifying prospects, developing tailored solutions, and overseeing a sales pipeline while ensuring high client satisfaction. This onsite role offers a salary of 20,000-30,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of B2B sales experience required.
• Must have experience selling RPO, MSP, or other BPO services.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Identify and secure new B2B clients for outsourcing solutions.
• Manage relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
