Job summary

Visa Philippines Business Processing Center, Corp. seeks a Payroll Analyst to support end-to-end APAC payroll operations across multiple countries from Pasay. You will analyze payroll data, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR or related field, or 5+ years APAC payroll experience.
• Deep knowledge of APAC payroll statutes.
• Experience with multiple payroll systems.
• Exposure to knowledge transfer activities and process docs.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused with strong analytical and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to learning new things.
• Maintain good relationships with payroll vendors and stakeholders.
• Proficiencies in automation and AI tooling.
