Job summary

Visa is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support APAC payroll operations across multiple countries. You will execute end-to-end payroll processing, validate reports, and participate in process improvement initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years of experience with a relevant degree and strong knowledge of payroll regulations. You will work with cross-functional teams and payroll vendors in a fast-paced environment and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree.
• 3+ years with Bachelor’s or more than 2 years with an Advanced Degree preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s in accounting, HR or related field, or 5+ years APAC payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end APAC payroll processing.
• Analyze and validate payroll reports and complete post-payroll audits.
• Maintain payroll documentation, process maps and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements and keep up with legislation.
• Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to optimize payroll processes.
