Job summary

Visa Philippines Business Processing Center, Corp. is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support APAC payroll operations. You will execute end-to-end payroll processing, perform audits, and drive process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Requirements include a diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting or HR, 5+ years APAC payroll experience, and strong knowledge of APAC payroll regulations. Mandarin ability and automation/AI familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of APAC payroll experience in a large multi-country employer.
• Deep working knowledge of APAC payroll statutory regulations.
• Experience with payroll systems and knowledge transfer activities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate payroll reports.
• Complete post-payroll audits and reporting; track errors and metrics.
• Review current payroll processes for improvement, standardization and risk mitigation.
• Document payroll processes and create process maps and training manuals.
• Actively participate in payroll projects and implementations.
• Ensure compliance with government payroll requirements and audits.
• Oversee payroll system testing for updates and regulatory changes.
