Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Deep working knowledge in APAC payroll statutory regulations.
• Ability to work with payroll vendors and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of payroll risks, compliance and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage APAC payroll operations and strategic projects.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery and local compliance.
• Oversee junior team members and coach/mentor them.
• Respond to queries in a timely, customer-centric manner.
• Handle payroll data per guidelines; produce analytics and improvements.
• Develop and communicate payroll policies and processes.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for process efficiency.
• Oversee audits and compliance documentation; participate in change projects.
