Job summary

Panoptik Global is seeking an APAC Payroll Specialist to join the HR Shared Services team in Makati. The role covers end-to-end payroll, timekeeping, and benefits across APAC with emphasis on data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will act as the first point of contact for employee payroll questions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve pay/benefits queries. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of payroll experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, HR, or related field.
• 2–5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Experience with APAC offshore payroll in shared services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll, timekeeping, and benefits across APAC.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Provide first-level support to employee payroll queries.
• Coordinate with HRSS and cross-functional teams on payroll and benefits.
