The role requires expertise in global payroll, project management, vendor coordination, and change management, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery, risk control, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• End-to-end global payroll implementation knowledge.
• Managed multi-country payroll implementations in a shared service environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong IT and functional integration knowledge with payroll platforms.
• Experience with UAT, scenario testing, go-live cutover.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale global payroll implementation programs across multiple regions and countries.
• Apply risk management, governance, quality assurance, and reporting to deliver projects on time and within scope & budget.
• Act as primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Oversee integration of payroll technology platforms with client systems.
• Manage cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee multiple country-level implementation projects aligned to global methodology and timelines.
• Manage end-to-end payroll implementation lifecycle from planning to stabilization.
• Define program goals, vision, and success metrics aligned with business strategy.
• Interview, onboard, and mentor project managers and stakeholders to adhere to global standards.
