Job summary

Remote is seeking a Specialist in Onboarding Operations within the EOR team to enhance the onboarding journey for global employees. You will report to the Manager, Onboarding Operations and work in a fully remote, async environment.

The role requires extensive operations experience, contract knowledge, and excellent English communication. You will collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams and drive automation to scale onboarding globally.

Qualifications

Extensive people/operations experience including employment and legal contracting.
Experience with employment contracts or similar documents in HR.
Comfortable in fast-paced, remote, cross-functional startups or high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the onboarding journey for new employees with emphasis on compliance and documentation.
Own the full onboarding lifecycle and address employee queries throughout the process.
Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience.
Continuously improve the onboarding experience to meet evolving needs.
Manage and maintain accurate employee data with security and confidentiality.
Support compliance initiatives through reporting, audits and data integrity projects.
Identify and drive automation opportunities to streamline onboarding.
