Qualifications

• Experience in HR Operations Employee Benefits, ideally in the context of delivering US PEO services.
• Obsessed with providing an excellent customer service experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Provide delightful support to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits.
• Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e‑mail.
• Help define and execute on Standard Operating Procedures.
