Remote is hiring for a Coordinator, Payroll Client Services to resolve customer payroll inquiries and support smooth payroll operations in APAC. You will learn payroll processes, support workflows, and resolve standard issues with detailed documentation.

You will follow escalation paths, develop payroll expertise, and maintain professional communication while adhering to internal processes and SLAs. This is a fully remote, globally distributed role.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries related to payroll processing, discrepancies, and platform usage.
• Ensure timely responses via email, chat, phone, and other channels that meet SLAs.
• Gather necessary information to diagnose payroll issues using available tools and documentation.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members following defined workflows.
• Document issue details and resolution steps clearly.
