Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Manila is seeking a Logistics Operations Operator to plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day project logistics activities. You will influence the efficiency of the supply chain for complex industrial projects and collaborate with warehouses, carriers and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office. A dynamic, team-oriented, autonomous mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Experience in logistics operations, ideally in project/industrial logistics.
Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
Team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Professional English with strong communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset.

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in line with company and customer requirements.
Work closely with warehouses, carriers, and clients to optimize operations.
Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transit or handling issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage updates and challenges.
Billing, Reporting and Administrative Tasks
Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation in project logistics
