Job summary

Trax Group in Cebu, Philippines, seeks a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of our managed freight bill and pay services for APAC clients. You will ensure timely invoicing, audit results, and cost allocations while coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics data and strong Excel skills; you will prepare weekly health reports, participate in client calls, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in the logistics industry focusing on billing, cost allocation, data analysis or AP tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clients’ deliverables are provided according to processing calendars (invoicing, audit results, cost allocation, settlement).
• Prepare, analyze, and present weekly health reports.
• Manage conference calls/meetings for assigned clients to ensure proactive status updates.
• Prepare and host monthly delivery business reviews as required.
• Respond to client correspondence and provide day-to-day support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure accurate invoice processing and audits.
• Review client data reports and suggest improvements to cycle times/content.
• Provide back-up support as designated by management.
• Occasional client onsite travel and flexibility to work outside office hours.
