CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Operations Operator to plan, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day logistics activities within our project logistics segment. You will help ensure smooth flow of goods and reliability of supply chain solutions for complex industrial projects.

In this role, you will coordinate shipments, work with warehouses and carriers, monitor transit, and support continuous improvement initiatives while communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in logistics operations, preferably project/industrial logistics.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Professional English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in line with requirements.
• Collaborate with warehouses, carriers, and clients to optimize operations.
• Monitor shipments and resolve transit or handling issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage updates and challenges.
• Billing, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation in project logistics.
