Job summary

Trax Technologies in Cebu, Philippines is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end delivery of our managed freight bill and pay services for a portfolio of clients. The role focuses on ensuring timely processing, audits, and settlements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of logistics data experience with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivots, macros) and the ability to coordinate across multiple client accounts.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics data focusing on billing, cost allocation, data analysis or AP related tasks.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, macros and formulas.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple deliverables for multiple clients and adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client deliverables are provided according to processing calendars (invoices, audits, cost allocations, settlements).
• Prepare, analyze, and present weekly health reports.
• Lead or participate in conference calls/meetings to provide proactive client communications on status of deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal teams to research/resolve client issues and ensure timely, accurate invoice processing and audits.
• Review client data reports and suggest improvements to cycle times and content.
• Provide backup support as needed and occasional client onsite travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
