Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Manila is seeking a Logistics Operations Operator to plan, coordinate and monitor day-to-day project logistics activities. You will influence the efficiency of the supply chain for complex industrial projects and collaborate with warehouses, carriers and clients.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in logistics systems and MS Office. A dynamic, team-oriented, autonomous mindset is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Experience in logistics operations, ideally in project/industrial logistics.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics systems and Microsoft Office.
• Team-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
• Professional English with strong communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with an operational mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments in line with company and customer requirements.
• Work closely with warehouses, carriers, and clients to optimize operations.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve transit or handling issues.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage updates and challenges.
