Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an IT Spend Management Support specialist in the Philippines. You will administer PR/PO processes, monitor budgets, and consolidate financial data for reporting under CIO Office governance.

You will partner with Finance, Procurement, and Shared Service teams to ensure data accuracy and timely operations. The role emphasizes process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, and data quality initiatives to industrialize IT spend operations across CoEs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in finance, business, procurement, or IT-related field.
• 2–5 years in finance or procurement operations, IT financial mgmt, or similar.
• Experience supporting PR/PO, invoicing, reporting or budget tracking.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders in a global environment.
• Familiarity with PR/PO, procure-to-pay processes, and IT spend concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist PR/PO processing, invoicing, and budget tracking across CoEs.
• Maintain budget tracking files and monitor spend vs. budgets.
• Prepare and consolidate data for recurring management reports; support forecasting.
• Support IT catalog claims and recharge activities; ensure data quality.
