Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking an Inside Account Manager to grow the APAC Southeast Asia territory. You will build relationships with customers and partners, identify new opportunities, support renewals, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver value.

You will work with account teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless journey for customers and partners across the region, driving revenue growth and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through phone, email, digital platforms, and virtual meetings.
• Generate new business opportunities and support sales activities, including lead follow‑up and pipeline management.
• Support customer retention and renewal activities while identifying cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to support account plans and customer needs.
• Help customers understand relevant solutions and connect them with the right internal specialists.
• Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent customer and partner experience.
