Job summary

RingCentral is seeking a Professional Services Lead Engineer to drive API and AI integrations across UCaaS/CCaaS environments. You will lead complex architectures, mentor teams, and guide enterprise clients through digital transformation with AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires 2+ disciplines of expertise, RESTful API design, and strong cloud/JavaScript skills. Global time-zone coverage and autonomous delivery are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology is preferred.
• 5+ years in a customer-focused, post-sales technical support or Professional Services role.
• Subject matter expertise in 2+ disciplines (UCaaS, CCaaS, AI/ML) with API-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead API & AI development for UCaaS/CCaaS integrations.
• Deliver complex API-integrated solutions across apps and databases.
• Contribute to technical designs, unit tests, andDocumentation.
• Oversee QA/UAT for AI-driven deployments and resolve defects.
• Mentor engineers on RingCentral APIs and AI delivery practices.
• Advise on digital transformation and AI adoption with enterprise clients.
