Job summary

Hellmann is hiring an Accounting Operations Associate to support invoicing, collections, and account management. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and collaboration with sales and customer service teams in a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in accounts receivable, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, and strong Excel and accounting software skills. This position is based in the Philippines with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing and billing: Generate and send invoices promptly and accurately; verify billing data and correct discrepancies; coordinate with sales and customer service to resolve billing issues.
• Collections: Monitor accounts for overdue balances; contact customers to follow up; negotiate payment plans if necessary; maintain records of collection efforts.
• Account management: Reconcile customer accounts; apply payments and process credit memos and adjustments.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepare AR status reports; analyze aging reports for trends; provide insights to improve the AR process.
• Compliance and documentation: Ensure policy compliance; maintain organized AR records; assist audits by providing necessary docs.
