Job summary

Hellmann Philippines is seeking an Accounting Operations Associate to ensure accurate invoicing, billing, collections, and AR processing. This hybrid role supports sales and customer service to keep cash flow steady and records compliant.

The position requires 2–3 years in accounts receivable or a similar field, proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, and a sharp eye for detail. You will contribute to reporting, audits, and uphold confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Generate and send invoices promptly and accurately.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile customer accounts and apply payments; process credit memos when needed.
• Prepare regular AR reports and analyze aging trends.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with audits.
