Job summary

Canon Business Service Centre (PHL) in Taguig City is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage billing, collections and data entry within a hybrid work environment after training. You will liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.

The role emphasizes process improvement, adherence to SLAs, and teamwork with the Finance group to support revenue recognition and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable or similar roles (3-5 years).
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong PC skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Communication with internal and external customers to provide excellent service.
• Resolve billing and debt queries to ensure timely invoice payment.
• Ensure payments are applied to customer accounts within SLA.
• Enter manual billing forms into the system daily with accuracy.
• Participate in systems projects and process improvements.
• Assist Manager and team to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
