Job summary

You will mentor a team, prepare monthly calendars, aging and management reports, and drive process improvements to meet SLAs. Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, with a background in Finance or Accounting.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• 4–6 years in Accounts Payable processing.
• 2+ years of people management or team leadership.
• Strong finance and accounting background.
• Knowledge of end-to-end AP processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processing for the team.
• Review AP documents and supporting materials for accuracy.
• Prepare monthly calendar of AP activities for the year.
• Attend client calls and suggest process improvements.
• Support Operations Manager to meet SLA and allocate resources.
• Prepare aging and other management reports as required.
• Monitor document volumes and escalate significant changes.
• Communicate process changes and exceptions to the team.
