Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an AR/AP Officer to manage end-to-end accounts receivable and accounts payable processes in a hybrid work setup at Clark Freeport Zone. The role emphasizes accurate invoicing, timely PO management, and ledger reconciliations.

You will ensure timely processing, support month-end activities, and maintain strong vendor and client relationships in a collaborative environment, with a focus on process improvements and trading terms adherence.

• Must-have accounting knowledge and clarity in financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts receivable accurately and timely.
• Process accounts payable accurately and timely.
• Ensure invoices and backups are uploaded weekly.
• First point of contact for billing/invoice queries.
• Manage client purchase orders and supplier/vendor data.
• Perform daily receipting of receipts and reconcile ledgers.
• Assist month-end close with accurate data.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and uphold trading terms.
