Job summary

MicroSourcing International is hiring an Accounts Receivable Officer for an onsite role in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City. You will issue invoices and credit notes, apply payments, and monitor aging to secure timely collections.

Qualifications

2–4 years of AR, high-volume billing or collections.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing large datasets and reporting.
Strong understanding of revenue recognition and double-entry bookkeeping.
Excellent communication and negotiation to resolve disputes while maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes.
Record and allocate incoming payments to the correct customer accounts and invoices.
Monitor AR aging reports and follow up with customers to secure overdue payments.
Reconcile daily bank deposits and customer statements to identify discrepancies.
Assist with month-end closing procedures including aging schedules for management.
