Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Accounts Officer (AR/AP) to manage both AP and AR, ensuring timely processing of vendor and debtor accounts, payments, and month-end activities. The role involves maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank and card payments, and supporting a high-volume, transactional finance environment.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales/BDMs, Customer Service, Distribution Centre, suppliers, customers, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient financial

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of combined Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in a product-based company or wholesale industry.
• End-to-end AP and AR processes management.
• Maintain accurate vendor and customer statements and ledgers.
• Experience reconciling payments across multiple accounts.
• Ability to multitask across competing AP and AR deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and finance teams.
• Strong proficiency with SAP and ProSpend is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist offshore team with uploading invoices into ProSpend and entry accuracy.
• Follow up invoice entry errors including GL discrepancies.
• Reconcile invoices, vendor statements, and bank payments across multiple bank accounts.
• Create and maintain vendor and debtor accounts in SAP.
• Support month-end processing for AP and AR.
• Liaise with BDMs, Distribution Centre, and Customer Service to support cash flow.
