Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or, in absence, 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and digest large amounts of data quickly.
• Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for Collins Aerospace customers worldwide.
• Process and monitor all customer issues from initiation to closure using CRM/ERP systems.
• Follow-up with customers on all issues and cases while maintaining relationships.
• Work with internal departments to provide information and support to resolve issues.
• Ensure timely flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality and other stakeholders.
• Achieve KPIs and drive best-in-class performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to EHS practices and work schedule including shift work.
