Job summary

OFFSHORE BUSINESS PROCESSING INC. is seeking a seasoned airfreight professional to support AOG operations from our Alabang site in Metro Manila.

You will respond to customer AOG requests, assess restrictions, and coordinate rapid, end-to-end shipments to minimize downtime. The role requires 3–4 years of airfreight experience with international exposure, a strong grasp of time-critical aerospace shipments, and the ability to work a 24/5/365 shift schedule, including holidays, at our Alabang

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of airfreight experience with international freight forwarding exposure (export and import).
• Proven mastery of time-critical operations, especially AOG/aerospace shipments.
• Willingness to work 24/5/365 shift-based operations, including holidays.
• Able to work at the Alabang site.

Responsibilities

• Answer and handle customer AOG requests.
• Advise customers on weather, geo-political, and trade compliance restrictions.
• Manage end-to-end AOG shipments, including spot quotations, coordination, and processing.
• Supervise ongoing activity.
