Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a onsite professional in the Philippines to manage customer orders, RFQs, and cross-functional communications. The role requires strong data interpretation, problem resolution, and a proactive approach to ensuring contractual compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and experience in manufacturing environments. This position operates on a mid shift, with potential non-traditional hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience resolving customer complaints and problems.
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word proficient.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
• SAP knowledge
• Experience working in a manufacturing set up.
• ACE, Six sigma continuous improvement experience.
• Reporting, database manipulation and/or VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers and digest large amounts of data quickly.
• Process customer orders, RFQs and expectations per contract terms.
• Coordinate with multiple internal departments.
• Ensure timely flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, etc.
• Manage contracts and respond to delivery status inquiries.
• Assist with timely customer payments.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Train and develop others in areas of expertise.
• Non-traditional working hours may be required.
• Work schedule: Mid shift 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
