Job summary

Collins Aerospace in the Philippines seeks a customer service/order management professional to liaise with customers via email and phone, process orders and RFQs, and coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.

You will handle inquiries, changes, cancellations, and billing adjustments, generate reports, and participate in process improvements to enhance order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and handle urgent customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers through email, phone, and other business channels.
• Receive, review, and process customer orders, RFQs, and other requirements in accordance with contractual terms and company procedures.
• Handle customer requests, including order expediting, delivery updates, order changes, and cancellations.
• Manage customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and process credit and debit note requests related to billing adjustments, order corrections, and complaint resolution.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Supply Chain, Shipping, Engineering, Quality, and other functions.
• Manage customer shipping instructions and coordinate with logistics teams to support timely order dispatch.
• Generate and maintain Open Order Book reports and participate in discussions with customers.
