Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a specialist in a process, workstream or area within Digital Services to support impeccable service operations.

You will act as co-owner of SOP development, drive standardization, provide input for training materials, ensure SOPs and data protection comply with policies and law, analyze exceptions, and lead continuous improvement for the team. This role is part of Global Business Services with ANZ Day Shift; no relocation support.
