• Co-own the development of standard operating procedures and drive standardization and simplification of processes.
• Provide input for training materials and ensure SOPs and data protection activities comply with policies and laws.
• Analyze exceptions and recommend process improvements.
• Lead the continual improvement process for the team.
• Support SLA compliance and service obligations within Mondelēz International Digital Services.
